```Job Summary```
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive experience in our dispensary.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dispensary
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of various cannabis products
- Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase new or popular items
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
```Requirements```
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Familiarity with retail math calculations for discounts, taxes, and change calculations
- Must be at least 21 years old as required by state regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred
